Sage Sausage Farro


We got a bunch of sage from our CSA and decided to make a dish in which it could be the stand out ingredient.  I had never cooked with sage before but I really like its flavor.  It is sort of a rustic flavor that reminds me of being in the forest.  I used another new ingredient, farro which is wheat grains.  Farro has a mild taste, soft pasta consistency, and looks like honey smacks so whats not to love?
